The hardest part of product strategy is identifying clear next steps and keeping the focus. To break the endless cycle of strategy meetings and rabbit hole discussions, I guide with tailored workshops to unique strategies. Through Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, and Wardley Maps, we will visualize your insights and challenges to identify where to invest. By externalizing different perspectives, we create a shared understanding to concentrate on where to create value.

I design and facilitate customized workshops based on proven methods and principles. My focus is always on enabling you to solve collaboratively complex problems through fun and engaging formats.
You already know that understanding your customer and de-risking your solutions is key to staying relevant. But it is hard to integrate this behavior into the daily habits of product teams.
I train product teams in all aspects of product discovery with a blend of teaching and coaching. We will work in your specific situation and environment. Depending on your needs, we will start with essentials or refine a specific craft like user interviews, product analytics, ideation, prototyping, and other product discovery skills.
The daily practice of Product Management can get overwhelming. A lot of things to juggle, and everybody wants a piece of your time. I guide Product Managers to get their focus back. We will work through all sorts of challenges through weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions. A vital element is having a clear understanding of the situation and expectations. You will drive the direction. I will help you to prioritize your actions and show you methods to create valuable products while staying sane.
Sometimes you need somebody to show it instead of telling it. If time allows, I'm happy to act in a fractional product position and dive into your specific challenge and bring the team along. With my years of freelance experience in product management and design, I get up to speed quickly to get the job done. Especially when the goal is to start or reset teams before a permanent hire comes in.
