Creating products and software services that solve a real problem is hard.
It's not only about finding a working solution, but also about navigating your organizational context, keeping it viable, and making all the other tradeoffs.
I work with individuals as well as multiple people within an organization. Let me explain how.
Most clients engaging with me in this mode are in some form of organizational transformation (e.g., restructuring, scaling up or down, agile, team model) or generally feel stuck in their current ways of working. They want to invest in new approaches to create long-term sustainable value.
I work across reporting lines from the team level up to senior management. Every engagement differs, so I have a "whatever it takes" mentality. Usually, it is a combination of assessments, individual and team coaching, operating model consulting, workshop facilitation, supervision, and method training.
Immersive collaboration, usually multiple days per week.
For more extensive engagements, I partner with specialists from my world-class network or engage a trusted transformation agency.

Most clients I work with in this capacity have recently entered a new situation, such as a new role, a changed scope, or an organizational change. I support them as a sparring partner through this demanding time by guiding them in identifying and communicating product strategy, handling difficulties with change, and showing them new approaches and methods.
Bi-weekly or weekly sessions + async support via mail/text
